1. No Change to Loan Terms: The transfer of servicing does not change any of the existing terms or conditions of your mortgage note, such as your interest rate, monthly payment amount, or maturity date. These terms remain the same.

2. Payment Address Change: Beginning December 1, 2025, all mortgage payments must be sent to Southern Creek Servicing. You will receive a separate, official letter by mail containing the new payment address, payment instructions, and contact information for Southern Creek Servicing. Please continue to make payments to Loan Source Servicing until the effective transfer date.

3. Continuity of Service: Southern Creek Servicing is committed to providing you with excellent customer service and a seamless transition. They will be reaching out to you directly with a welcome package that contains all the necessary information, including their contact details, online portal access, and payment options. If you are currently on auto-pay, your payments will continue as normal.
